Fiel a los <strong>productos frescos y de temporada<\/strong>, incluyendo pescados y mariscos, carne, productos l\u00e1cteos y verduras, visita diariamente el Mercado de Abastos y cuenta con su propia huerta, de la que se abastece para sus restaurantes A Tafona y Lume.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de su <strong>compromiso con Galicia<\/strong> y con la <strong>calidad del producto gallego del mar y de la tierra<\/strong>, cuenta con un proyecto personal llamado <em>Amas da terra<\/em>, a trav\u00e9s del que busca dar visibilidad a peque\u00f1as productoras gallegas: <em>praceiras<\/em>,
